Exodus 4:10-12 reveals that God does not look for perfection before He calls or uses a person. When Moses focused on his weakness and inability to speak, God reminded him that the Creator of the mouth was able to empower and equip him for purpose. Moses saw limitations, but God saw destiny and potential through grace.
The scripture also reveals that transformational grace is the grace that takes surrendered weakness and turns it into strength for God’s glory. Moses, later known as one of the meekest and most humble men on earth, was transformed because he depended on God and honestly acknowledged that he was helpless without Him. Through humility and surrender, he obtained greater grace to do mighty exploits for the Lord.
Beloved, God is still calling us today to surrender our fears, weaknesses, and shortcomings into His hands. He is not searching for the most qualified; He is looking for yielded hearts that He can transform, strengthen, and use for His glory. The same God who empowered Moses will also supply grace for every assignment He has called us to fulfill.
Have a graceful blessed day, and may you and your family be encouraged to trust God with every weakness, knowing that His transformational grace will qualify, strengthen, and establish you for His divine purpose in
