JUNE 7 – DEVOTIONAL

A Heart of Gratitude Through The Journey of Faith, Goodness & Mercy

📖 “I will praise thee with my whole heart…” — Psalm 138:1
As we continue into the second half of the year, it is a beautiful moment to pause with a heart of worship and gratitude. Through the highs and lows, the victories and challenges, God has remained faithful. Like David in Psalms 138–142, we lift our voices in praise, acknowledging that God has heard our prayers, strengthened our souls, preserved us through difficulties, and continually surrounded us with His steadfast love.

The journey of faith has been marked by God’s goodness and mercy. As we reflect, we can see His hand guiding, providing, protecting, restoring, and making a way where there seemed to be none. Every testimony, every lesson, every breakthrough, and even every trial has become a reason to give Him thanks.

Beloved, let gratitude remain your posture and worship remain your response. The same God who has carried you through the first half of the year is worthy of all praise. As we remember His faithfulness, our hearts are filled with thanksgiving and confidence that His goodness and mercy will continue to follow us in the days ahead.

Today, let us worship God not only for what He has done, but for who He is—our faithful Father, refuge, strength, and help. May thanksgiving overflow from our hearts as we celebrate His unfailing love and enduring mercy.

Have a grateful Sunday! May you and your family be encouraged, refreshed, and strengthened as you continue your journey of faith. May the goodness and mercy of God surround you, and may your heart overflow with worship and thanksgiving throughout this new month and beyond. Blessings!
