Bible Reading Summary

JUDGES 7:1–8:17
God intentionally reduces Gideon’s army so that victory would clearly come from Him—not human strength. With just 300 men, God delivers the Midianites into their hands. This passage reminds us that God doesn’t need large numbers or perfect conditions to bring breakthrough—He is looking for obedience, faith, and willingness. Even when victory seems unlikely, God’s strategy always prevails.

LUKE 23:13–43

PSALM 97:1–98:9
These psalms celebrate God as King over all the earth. They call creation and humanity to rejoice because of His righteousness, justice, and faithfulness. God’s reign brings light, joy, and victory, and His salvation is made known to all nations.

PROVERBS 14:7–8
Wisdom teaches discernment—knowing where to walk and who to listen to. The wise seek understanding and walk uprightly, while the foolish are deceived by their own ways. This passage encourages us to be intentional about choosing wisdom daily.
