MARCH 4 – DEVOTIONAL

🌿 Focusing on Divine Presence for All Possibilities

Scripture: Gospel of Matthew 14:29–31

There is a holy confidence that comes from divine presence. In today’s Scripture, Peter did something impossible—he walked on water. Why? Because his eyes were fixed on Jesus. As long as his focus remained on the Lord, the storm beneath him had no power over him. But the moment Peter shifted his attention to the wind and the waves, fear entered—and he began to sink.

Beloved, storms and distractions will always try to steal our focus. Responsibilities, temptations, delays, trials, opposition, and unexpected battles—these winds are real. Yet they can only gain power when they capture our attention more than Christ does.

Peter’s story did not end in failure. When he cried out, “Lord, save me!” Jesus immediately stretched out His hand and caught him. What grace! Even in missteps, divine presence remained near. Jesus did not rebuke him away—He lifted him up.

That same grace is available to each of us.
We can press forward into all possibilities—not because storms cease, but because His presence remains. When you are conscious that God is with you, you walk differently. You dream differently. You endure differently.

Like Peter, even if you have missed the mark or lost focus for a moment, the Lord is still near. He is ready to redirect you, restore you, and give you multiple chances to step back into purpose. Praise God!

Today, remember to pray for those in the midst of storms—especially those in war zones, including our troops. May the Lord be their refuge and strength.

Have a safe and blessed day. May you and your family be encouraged to walk in the consciousness of His divine presence. Keep your eyes on Jesus, trusting Him to sustain you even in the storm. Walk in confidence, knowing that all things are possible through Him. In His presence, you are not just surviving—you are stepping into destiny.
Praise God & Shalom!
