Our mission is to bring hope and healing to the broken and hurting through Christ-centered initiatives—empowering orphans, vulnerable children, the homeless, and families in need—while nurturing the next generation and creating life-transforming experiences.

OBJECTIVE
This is meant to be a Christian base, but an all-inclusive fun and casual platform where people can meet to broaden our social network beyond our church, work, and family boundaries. Proverbs 18:24. Help others find beauty out of their ashes. Isaiah 61:3 Use our stories, life experiences, gifts and talents to encourage and support one another and to help the broken in different communities. Opportunity to connect with like-minded people in different States and possibly on international levels. Opportunity to have prayer partners, mentors, and a group of committed friends who will stand with you in good and bad times. Opportunity to go on group vacations, recreational activities like exploration/adventures, etc. Opportunity to support the poor and needy, especially women and children dealing with physical and emotional abuse.
the founder
Minister Joyce King is a devoted mother of three young adults and a proud grandmother of two. Originally from Ghana, West Africa, she carries a rich heritage of faith, resilience, and compassion that shapes both her life and her ministry.
Her journey with God has been marked by seasons of brokenness, healing, and divine restoration. From that sacred place, the Lord birthed Beauty For Ashes Christian Network (BOA)—a ministry devoted to helping individuals rise from pain into purpose, from ashes into wholeness, and from despair into destiny.
With a background in Nursing, Hospitality & Tourism, and formal training in ministry, Joyce brings both spiritual depth and practical wisdom to her calling. She is a minister, author, nurse, and faith-driven entrepreneur whose passion is to see lives healed, families restored, and believers firmly established in their God-given identity.
Through BOA, she leads conferences, retreats, prayer gatherings, and outreach initiatives that focus on holistic Christian wellness—spirit, soul, and body. Her heart is to create sacred spaces where people encounter God’s love, experience restoration, and are empowered to walk boldly in their divine assignment.
Joyce also serves as the President of Joyco Tours LLC, a Christian travel and event organization that blends faith, fellowship, and purposeful exploration through pilgrimages, missions, and transformative travel experiences.
For over eight years, her ministry and business endeavors have been committed to soul-winning, community outreach, and giving back to those in need—reflecting her belief that true leadership flows from service and compassion.
Her life and ministry are anchored in the promise of Scripture:
“To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that He might be glorified.”

Minister Joyce’s deepest desire is to see God’s people healed, whole, and flourishing—firmly planted as trees of righteousness, bringing glory to Him.
