“How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him… Him God raised up the third day, and shewed him openly.”
— Acts 10:38–40 (KJV)
As we round up our Bible studies and come to the end of this month, this scripture reminds us of Jesus—our ultimate example. God anointed Jesus of Nazareth—a place often looked down on, where people were considered social outcasts—yet with the Holy Spirit and with power, He fulfilled His divine assignment.
This reveals a powerful truth: nothing, including your background, can stop you from fulfilling purpose and destiny when you are empowered by God. Jesus, though God from the beginning and the embodiment of resurrection power, still walked in full dependence on the Holy Spirit. His life shows us that purpose is not fulfilled by human strength, but by divine empowerment.
Throughout this journey, we’ve seen it again and again in the lives of many biblical characters—ordinary people, yet empowered by the Spirit to do extraordinary things. The same Spirit is still at work today, enabling us to do good, to bring healing, and to fulfill God’s purpose for His glory. And remember, the promise still stands: His Spirit is poured out on all flesh—no one is excluded from walking in divine purpose and destiny.
Beloved, just as He empowered Jesus and all the biblical examples we’ve learned about, the Holy Spirit do not just dwell within us, but He is still working today. If we will embrace His guidance and yield to His leading, He will empower us divine abilities to fulfill our purpose and destiny—whether in what seems like a small assignment or a great one. What matters is obedience and dependence on Him.
Have a Spirit-filled end of month.
May you and your family be encouraged to yield to the Holy Spirit, rise above every limitation, and walk boldly in resurrection power—fulfilling purpose and destiny to the glory of God.Shalom!🙏

Final Reflection:
Today’s readings remind us that God is intentional—He is the Beginning and the Source of all life, yet He chooses to work through ordinary, even rejected people, to fulfill His divine purposes. As you reflect, remember: your identity is rooted in Christ, the Word and the Light. Walk in integrity, yield your heart to God, and trust that He is able to use your life—no matter your story—for His glory.
