APRIL 9 – DEVOTIONAL
Empowered by the Resurrection: Rising into Destiny.
Acts 1:7–8 reveals that before His ascension, Jesus gave His disciples one of the most vital instructions—they were not to rely on their own strength, wisdom, or experience, but to wait for the empowerment of the Holy Spirit. He made it clear that only through this divine power would they become effective witnesses and fulfill their God-given assignment.
Even after walking closely with Jesus, it was still necessary for the disciples to be endued with power from on high. This same Spirit—the One who raised Christ from the dead—is the very source of strength, boldness, and supernatural ability needed to carry out any assignment and rise into destiny.
Beloved, never underestimate your need for the Holy Spirit. Whether your assignment seems small or great, it requires divine empowerment. It is not by might, nor by power, but by His Spirit. The world is waiting—not for our flesh, talents, or abilities—but for the manifestation of Christ through us by the Spirit. As you yield to Him, He will guide you, strengthen you, and cause your life to reflect Jesus in every sphere.
Have a spirit-filled day, and may you and your family be encouraged to continually depend on the Holy Spirit, walk in His power, and boldly manifest Christ as you rise into the fullness of your divine destiny. Shalom!

Final Reflection / Declaration:
Today, I receive God’s blessing and walk in the security of His promises. I choose a life of repentance and fruitfulness, trusting Him to grow His purpose within me. I declare that every area of my life is being restored, and I will lead and live with integrity. I will also speak life and encouragement, knowing my words carry the power to uplift and transform.

We give all glory and gratitude to God for the grace and success of last Saturday’s outreach to the homeless. It was truly a powerful expression of His love in action.
We sincerely thank each and every one of you who supported—through your time, prayers, resources, and presence. Because of your generosity, we were able to manifest Jesus to the lost and hurting, being His hands and feet, just as Scripture reminds us in Matthew 25:35–40.
Your acts of kindness have not only met practical needs but have also revealed the heart of Christ to many. Lives were touched, hope was restored, and the love of God was made visible.
May the Lord continue to bless you abundantly as you support these efforts toward Kingdom advancement. Your labor of love is not in vain. Blessings!
