In Luke 24:5–6, the angel asks, “Why do you seek the living among the dead? He is not here, but is risen!” This is our call to live differently—with deep gratitude for the finished work of the cross. We are reminded that we cannot claim resurrection life while living as if Jesus is still in the grave—holding onto dead things such as old mindsets, sin, fear, or defeat.
In Revelation 5:11–13, we see heaven’s response to that finished work—countless voices declaring, “Worthy is the Lamb who was slain!” This is not seasonal praise, but an eternal expression of gratitude for the priceless sacrifice of Christ. Like the heavenly host, our gratitude must go beyond Easter—it must become our daily lifestyle.
As we reflect on this undeniable truth that
Jesus paid the ultimate price through His suffering, death, and shed blood to redeem us. His sacrifice secured our forgiveness, healing, freedom, and restored relationship with God. Every barrier has been removed, and we now walk in new identity, purpose, and victory as validators of resurrection power.
So today—and every day—we must respond to negativity with lives that reflect His worth—not just in words of praise, but through actions that show we are truly alive in Him.
Have a joyful and blessed Easter Sunday!
May each day of your life continue to declare His worth,
and may you and your family continue to walk daily in the fullness of His resurrection power with grace, and victory.
Shalom & Amen
